Liverpool’s National Conservation Centre was formerly a public venue in the city that functioned to educate visitors as to the work undertaken by National Museums Liverpool.

It also hosted a series of small but excellent photographic exhibitions and permanent exhibits relating to conservation. It boasted a cafe that was named after the Eros statue that was situated in the Conservation Centre for many years.

Now closed it provides conservation and restoration services to National Museums Liverpool.

A permanent exhibit that details some of the work undertaken by the COnservation Centre can be found at World Museum Liverpool. The Centre also offers a range of professional conservation services.

The Conservation Centre is based in buildings that were formerly The Midland Railway Goods Offices.
